I don’t know if other people have experienced this, but one of the waiters (the one with beard, in his 40’s or 50’s) was disrespectful and very sarcastic. The first time I ordered drink, he stood behind me and poured it out for me, like other ppl. I only ordered a fries for myself and a burger for my husband, which he ended up giving both to my husband. When he saw me looking around for my food, he said that the fries wasn’t included, but he could bring another fries for me. When I ordered dessert, he thought I was ordering it for my husband, so he started talking bout me taking control over my husband and didn’t let my husband order dessert himself. My husband was full, so I ordered 1 to share with him. For the second time, he placed the food in front of my husband (even tho I was the one ordering both times!!??). When I asked for another Pepsi Max, he stood at the shortend of the table, and handed it over to me, which means his arm was right in front of the person sitting next to me. That was very unprofessional and disrespectful to my friend. But I was the only one being treated that way even tho there were 8 other people sitting at the table. Did I do anything to u, sir? As a waiter, u should act more professional, and be polite even tho the guests are difficult… shouldn’t matter how much they order or who they are ordering for. Normal couples usually order for their partners too. Friendly reminder: Treat the guests the way you would like to be treated as a restaurant guest. And more importantly: Treat others the way u want others to treat u. What a wonderful world we would live in! 💜 It was the first time, but also the last time we’re...
Read moreI usually don't feel the need to write a review about places, but this time I felt it was due. We wanted to eat somewhere new and local last night, and we knew we loved american style, because we used to eat at a place that is closed now, Jekyll and Hyde. We found this place on Google, and thought, lets do it. We came, and was greeted very fast, and got seated. While looking at the menu, we were served cold water with ice, and nachos with dip. Already good service! We told the waiter what we wanted, and a few of us wanted x instead of Y, and he remembered it all in his head.
We got the food in a very acceptable time, and the food was delicious! The beef was served medium and jucy, the pulled pork looked amazing and tasted so, and we were all satisfied. The waiter checked in on us, and we had nothing to complain about.
Me and my brother wanted dessert, he got a cheese cake, I got baked ice cream. According to my cheese fanatic brother, the cake was approved and amazing. The baked ice cream is something I've never seen before. In the beginning it was amazing, but later on when some of the ice cream had melted, the baking got a bit mushy and it filled me up a lot. I'd recommend this dish for two people to share.
At the end of the day, it was a good day! The waiter was definitely an experience. He was soooo funny, very professional and he knew what he was doing when serving and recommending dishes. You rarely see all those qualities in one person. This man deserves a raise.
Thank you for your...
Read moreUnfortunatley, despite many other good reviews about this place we were dissapointed with what we experienced. Our food took over 1 hour 30 minutes to arrive after ordering and the restaurant felt overcrowded and heavily understaffed. When the food finally arrived it was cold and unappetizing. The ingredients tasted cheap and poorly prepared. The burgers we ordered were overcooked and overly salty. The use of a cold cheese dip for every menu item listed as "served with chedar cheese" was overly salty and flavourless. The fact that it was cold made fries cold, nachos cold and your burger cold, at the same time as it smothered everyhting with the monotonous salty gooey flavour. All in all we experienced this place more like a cheap fast food joint after a night out rather than a fully fledged restaurant. After this trip I would not recommend and would dare to say that you would have a better experience at any other chain restaurant like T.G.I...
