Unfortunately not a pleasant experience for the cost.

The Service: The (kind, but disorganized) Staff forgot our table several times, and didn't seem to have much experience, and don't communicate well with either customers or eachother.

The Food(and cost): One of our meals requested was a "Medium -" done steak, the steak was well done, and wasn't allowed to rest before serving, as well as being roughly what I'd estimate to be around 100-150g of meat, resulting in a disappointment for the cost of 399' NOK.

A chicken salad for 239' NOK with five, 4 millimeter thick slices of dry chicken breast, and a decent salad, not worth the price.

And lastly, a "Rich and creamy sauce, with beef and mixed mushrooms" for 279' NOK, the beef strips were chewy, and the sauce a unpleasant sour aftertaste after finishing it, couldn't place the flavour that was an affront, but will not be trying that again.

The Atmosphere: The outside section is the primary seating area You get pointed towards during summer, which is also a smoking zone, which feels utterly disgusting for a dining area.

The inside is a well spaced open-esque area, with a comfortable atmosphere, very budget "Classy".

The End: We'll be back a later date, when it's less crowded, to see if it was an off-usual experience, maybe their Pizzas are better, but if that's their only Quality, they've got competition.

Notes of improvement: Extensive training on staff, either communication between waiters, or actually assigned areas per waiter, not this headless chicken mess.

Cook's need to be patient, shitty grill marks and an overcooked steak that tastes like it's been boiled is unacceptable.

Pricing, seriously. As a home cook I know the price of food, and 239 kr for a meal i could make at home for way less than 50 kr is beyond wild, that's not a "Paying for experience" or "Skill", the salad wasn't...

Olivia was a fantastic experience. We reserved a table for 3 and arrived 10 minutes early, but were promptly seated in a very comfortable booth. The staff was extremely friendly and served our drinks quickly. We began with appetizers, all which were well priced and very tasteful. Our server also timed the arrival of our pasta dishes well, serving us within minutes of our appetizers being finished. All three pasta dishes were well-seized portions and delicious, and immediately after being served we placed our desert orders. The only negative was a semi-long wait for the deserts, which had an impact on our timeline, as we were departing Oslo with an international flight. However, the taste of the deserts more than made up for the wait, and the restaurant was quite full, so the wait was understandable. Overall, it was an amazing dining experience; even with three courses, we all came out with bills under 600 NOK, and it was the best dining experience we had during our week long stay in Oslo.

Had a julebord of 10 last saturday but had to escape as soon as we could, Started with me arriving a bit early sat by the bar and ordered a beer waiting for others. -no greeting and first thing i hear🤔. you are not allowed to order at the bar, -I said but i enjoy having a beer at the bar. -was told okay but you are not allowed to walk with you beer. -I asked how about if i wanna smoke with my beer in smoking area. no respones!!! Dont know where they got authority to tell me where I drink my beer.
