Burger King — Restaurant in Oslo

Recently, I had the pleasure of dining in at Burger King and that experience exceeded my expectations. When I stepped foot in the restaurant, a staff member called Laxsan welcomed me. He went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. His professional demeanour made me feel valued as a customer. Laxsan took his time to ensure each customer was satisfied with their meals. His attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service were quite evident. He is an excellent manager and representative of the company. The food was exquisite and delivered promptly by Laxsan, thus enhancing my overall experience.

I had ordered a Spicy Chicken Meal and undoubtedly, the chicken is one of the best chicken I've ever had. It wasn't the chicken itself that was so critical in my decision to say that statement, but the flakes surrounding the chicken truly carried the whole masterpiece to victory. The phrase 'Chicken' took on a whole new meaning from the flavourings and crunch.

I suggest anybody searching for delicious cuisine and top-notch service to dine at this Burger King location. Massive appreciation to Laxsan and the staff for offering a wonderful memorable experience by providing us with very, very cheap ice cream. I will be...

Stressful, stingy, unfriendly. We wanted to have a small order and eat it there. Order and payment is made via machine. Food is ready fast. My wife commented on the food. Fries (potato) were salted in uneven way. Some were very salty. Some were plain and salt-free. Chicken was just edible. Not as good as expected. Cold. Ice cream with caramel had very little caramel. COVID-19 related hand sanitizers, there were two of them, gave micro drops. So we had to go outside to sanitize hands. We arrived 20.30. Many people arrived 20.45. The place is closing at 21.00. So by the closing time there were many customers. 21.00 one angree worker appeared and said something (probably reminding us to leave). I was out in few seconds. But many people still inside. A second worker appeared and started talk to people in a pushy manner. I could not hear the words. But my wife describes it as unfriendly. She also feels the workers are very stressed overall, which reduces the quality of the place.

Okay, Burger King, what exactly did I do to deserve this? I opened the wrapper expecting a glorious, cheesy masterpiece… and found a sad, dry patty sitting between two buns like it was doing community service. No cheese. No vegetables. Just disappointment in edible form.

It’s called Burger King, not Bread Peasant. Where’s the royalty? Where’s the flavor? My burger looked like it had been mugged on the way from the grill to the counter. Even my fridge light shows more warmth and care than whatever went into making that thing.

And whoever made it? I can only imagine some mischievous little kitchen gremlin in a paper crown, cackling while slapping buns together and saying, “Good enough!” The energy was pure chaos — like someone let a fantasy creature run the grill for the night.

Burger King, please. I didn’t order “The Invisible Ingredients Deluxe.” I wanted food, not a culinary prank.
