Best staff ever. Caring and wonderful, like one big family. Well managed, honest and all employees operate with the utmost integrity. Will go above and beyond to accommodate the customer when needed. Good sense of humour, The best medicine whilst one is inpatient at the nearby hospital for the long term. Clean, Cosy, mid to high end clientele frequent this coffee house(mostly Drs', nurses and other hospital staff) Comfortable partially sheltered outdoor seating always available and plentiful with ashtrays for smokers.AND MOST IMPORTANTLY ; one of the few joints in Oslo I've been to whose employees not only remember your name, but will strike up a conversation, even come sit down with you for a little chat. This shop appreciates and on occasion rewards customer loyalty with free treats and other perks! Now that's what I call customer care.Highly recommended. Become a regular. Enjoy the coffee. Staff today very attentive to their job and customers, always with a good tone - which is good especially for customers that are patients at the hospital. Some in staff, before, with a bit more chilled approach with a delay giving the feeling you as a customer might be a bit of a bother. But, people get tired, it’s understandable.

Regular espresso house style menu. Sometimes a lite dry bread and buns. Mostly well prepared drinks but once in a while gotten an overly sugary chai latte (too much powder) or a lukewarm one.
