Yesterday, my girlfriend an I had a wonderful experience at this newly opened pizza restaurant. We had a prosciutto and a salami pizza The pizza dough was super thin, crispy throughout the whole meal and a great consistency. The red sauce had a clean delicate flavor and correctly applied (amount). The white sauce had exiting cheesey flavours. The toppings were generous and well balanced. We had a couple of glasses of the chefs recommended red wine. It paired very well with the pizzas. The had an existing list of wine sold by the bottle.
