JOE & THE JUICE — Restaurant in Oslo

The space is actually nice and the food is good, but: the table was dirty,seems like the floors havent been cleaned for a while, no plates, no water available, the toasts were badly packaged and completely cold, even though just toasted (I don’t know how😅). Coffee was good. The coffee and food took 10 minutes to arrive even though it was a small order, and other customers were complaining loudly about the wait which js not giving good vibes. Some menu items were missing even though it was in the morning and very few customers. There was so much potential for this to be a “go to” cafe. This must be some of the Worse customer service you can think of: Joe & The Juice ran out of bread amongst rather a few other items too, but they wanted to charge extra money to give gluten free bread when this in fact was the only bread left! So, rather than say ‘unfortunately we have run out of bread, but we’ll provide gluten free bread instead’, they wanted to charge the customers for their own mess up!...

Nice Joe&thejuice at Skoyen. The cafe itself is set up very nicely; there is alot of space for primeraly indoor seating. The location is good; in the nice business-y area of Skoyen but close to the bus and train stations.
