The food: seafood dishes are done well, the scallop dish with coffee infused sauce was a highlight that had an unexpected flavor combination. The pork neck dish was the low point, an utterly tasteless overcooked strip of meat, no salt or anything, and the sauce didn't match well. The other dishes were good but nothing memorable. If you want to have more of the same of the predominant food culture in Oslo these days (years) then you won't be surprised or disappointed.
The wine: got the cheaper pairing, no complaints all except one were quite good. Price range of the wines were around 25-40 EUR per bottle. Pretty standard for Oslo wine pairings in this price range.

We had a cake with us to surprise the celebrating person . There was no space in the fridge so we were told to leave the cake in the streetout in the snow in a box, being told we can bring it in later.
