Honest Review for Al Hawas (Specific Branch)

I recently visited this particular branch of Al Hawas and had a very bad experience — one that I feel I must share.

Shortly after eating, I suffered from severe stomach pain and vomiting, which felt like a case of food poisoning. I’ve been to other Al Hawas branches and always enjoyed their quality and freshness, but this branch was nowhere close to that standard.

The grilled chicken served to me was clearly reheated and didn’t taste fresh at all. The rotti placed under the chicken was cold and hard, like it had been sitting out for a long time. This raises serious concerns about how the food is handled and served here.

Even the customer service was poor — staff were not attentive, and the overall experience was far from what I expect from a brand like Al Hawas. Yes, the inside space looks good, but what’s the point if the food is not safe to eat?

I genuinely hope the management takes this feedback seriously. I’ve never had such an experience from any of their other branches, and I share this so they can improve — and so no one else has to go...
