“The WORST restaurant experience ever!” I have never experienced such an attitude from a restaurant service ever.... This was my first time eating at this restaurant, We went with a group of 10 people on a Weekday, As soon as we entered the restaurant, we felt like being intruders. The atmosphere is very cold and unwelcoming I must say. Staff's were Very strange and unfriendly attitude. Overall the service makes you feel like you want to leave the place as soon as you can. The food is mediocre and overpriced. we paid 7 OMR plus tax per person on a weekday which is too expensive looking at the food served. The worst of this whole experience is when the bill arrives, they will charge you 5 times more than the market price for the mineral water!!!! I never seen this ever in Oman, The restaurant Manager is a BIG beggar he cry foul saying he has to run the restaurant based on the added charges on the Water. If you want to have a nice evening out - AVOID this restaurant! A complete RIP-OFF. They are so many good restaurants in Muscat. Stay away of this one!!!!! A Disastrous Experience at BBQ Tonight Muscat Friday Dinner Buffet 07/03/2025

As a frequent visitor of BBQ Tonight Karachi and having experienced their branches in Malaysia, Singapore, UAE, and Islamabad, I can confidently say that the Muscat branch is the worst of them all. Service? Absolutely atrocious. The staff lacks both basic menu knowledge and responsibility. Menu? What you see on Instagram is pure deception—multiple items are missing, and the actual offerings are nowhere close to what’s advertised.

Buffet Quality? A joke. They serve Manchurian, but when asked about fried rice, they casually point towards chicken pulao. Refills? Forget about it. Customer Complaint Handling? Even worse. When we raised our concerns, the supervisor shrugged it off, saying, "Sir, hojata hai kabhi aisa menu main." They don't even refill the toilet paper in the toilet and I had to ask them for that as well. To top it off, we paid full price, including extra for a small water bottle—a slap in the face considering the subpar experience. If you enjoy wasting money, this is the place for you. True Pakistani cuisine is available round the clock for all three meals. The Buffett for lunch and and dinner is awesome. However there recent start of Friday breakfast of halwa, puri, nehari, haleem, ghulam jamin with tea and juice or lassi is selling like a hot cake. Amazing to see that how many customers are interested in the breakfast as they reach the place with start of the day even on weekends which is difficult for some to get out of homes. The service is good and price of breakfast buffett is very much affordable by anyone. It is even less half the brunch on saturdays and regular buffett on weekdays.
