I had a very bad experience at the qurum branch few days back. The staff is rude and unprofessional. My wife and I were very hungry and craving the alfa romeo pasta. I called them at 11:15 and asked what time they close and if they have alfa romeo. The staff who answered said they do have alfa romeo and closing at 11:45. I said I'm coming and he said yes please come. I reached at 11:38 and they denied to let us in. Even after requesting they said no last time is 11:30. When I told him I had called and asked, he said 11:45 is last for takeaway and that I should have confirmed that I want to sit and eat. Excuse me if I say I'm coming, it's your job to clarify if 11:45 is takeaway or talabat or dine in. We were thinking of alfa romeo the whole evening and were highly disappointed for being stopped at the entrance. Just because you serve half decent food does not mean you treat...
