Del Frio — Restaurant in undefined

Today i went to delfrio in the morning with a group of 8 people for breakfast at sindhi muslim branch, manager at the branch was Harison, we asked to be seated inside the room, however we were told the inside room in the restaurant was booked and we were seated infront of the counter, after that when i went inside the room the whole place was empty and they seated us inside after alot of discussion, after that we placed the order of pizzas , breaksfasts, and cookies, when the food came both the pizza dough tasted stale and pizzas were overly spicy and uneatble, cookie was shapeless and roma egg was not complete. Instead of roasted potatoes they got french fries, we asked we ordered roasted potatoes l, waiter said that we dont have it. Instead of tellingg at the ordering time, they got us der own choice of food. To top all this coackroaches were roaming around the table and to top it coachroaches were roaming around the cake aswell. On this they gave no discount and had to pay 5000 for a pathetic uneatable breakfast experience and service. Standard of delfrio and service has completely fallen. Twin chicken steak-⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2 slices of boneless chicken breast a bit dry as was difficult to slice. However the mushrooms sauce served with mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables, quite good in taste.

The brunch was not up to the mark. There were no fruits and it was all pretty unhealthy selection. The lassi was very bad and so was the lemonade. We went with a bunch of kids in the group and I found it annoying that they had only one ice cream flavor was part of buffet. It seemed like they were looking to rip off customers by charging for other flavors - the kids always want the colorful ones. There were no plates and forks when our guests were ready to eat - the place was pretty empty at that time. The waiters were kind and catered to most requests pretty quickly but the environment did seem to be stressful and chaotic.

I think it’s appalling for Pakistani restaurants to not offer a water bottle even when there is a large party of 10 people eating expensive buffet. This common and basic courtesy will go a long way for the restaurants...
