Spoiled mood due to its pathetic refill policy and bcoz of this behavior/action of waiter and manager like a Teacher and said this is our verbal policy.

I was a customer of 14th Street Pizza from 2013 until yesterday, primarily ordering the 20-inch pizza deal for my company. However, I have decided to boycott 14th Street Pizza due to a verbal policy issue and the behavior of the waiter and the manager due to their pathetic policy.

During our recent visit, we ordered a 15-inch pizza and one drink. The 1 waiter strictly informed us that if we shared the drink, he would charge us and closely monitor our actions. (Pizzahut used to provide a jug, allowed refills, and everyone could share, but 14th Street has created its pathetic policy, which has soured our mood). When we requested a refill, he mentioned it would be charged as well because of sharing. I asked for the written policy, but he claimed it was a verbal policy. I then asked to speak to the manager and ordered another drink. I explained to the manager that I have been a customer for the past 10 years and faced this pathetic issue. I questioned why they provided this option when you are charging high prices from customers (PKR 2700 for a 15-inch pizza, a 199-drink, plus tax) and then instructed us not to share the drink, threatening to charge us like a boss/teacher. The manager responded that despite being a customer for ten years, it was their verbal policy from the owner/company. He promised to provide a comment card and convey our message to the upper management, but he did not share the manager's name (named Malik) and waiter's name don't remember.

I am deeply disappointed with the company's attitude and this unfair policy that has spoiled our mood Plus unpleasant behavior and reasons of the waiter and manager, seems like company giving zero value to their customers.

As a result, my entire family, company, and friends are boycotting 14th Street...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at 14th Street Pizza and was mostly impressed with the experience. The food and service were both excellent, but I found the seating to be a bit too close together.

The pizza at 14th Street Pizza is really good. I ordered the 15" Fajita, and it was cooked to perfection. The crust was Original as it should, the sauce was flavorful, and they added Mushrooms and olives without any extra charges as requested. I could tell that the pizza was made with fresh, high-quality ingredients.

The service at 14th Street Pizza was also excellent. Our server was attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed. They were also very knowledgeable about the menu and were able to make recommendations based on our preferences.

The atmosphere at 14th Street Pizza was a bit of a mixed bag. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, but the seating was a bit too close together for my liking. The tables were very close to each other mainly because the size of the ground floor was small and felt like they forced in a few extra tables.
