Boycott chunk n cheese due to poor quality of food.

I've been a permanent customer of chunk n cheese and have really appreciated their service and taste of food but, from the past 3 months, their tastes have become worse. I've been noticing for the past three months and thought about posting it over here but didn't. But this time it's unbearable. I ordered pasta from chunk n cheese. The food was stale, the taste was literally Fusty, and the smell was even worse and it looked like cat treats instead. I called chunk n cheese and told them about the food and they said: " Agr Ap ne food khola hai to iska refund ya replacement ni hoga "

Pathetic! Standard of quality and service has dropped significantly at civil lines branch as compared to satyana road branch. Food was not upto the mark and when complaied the response was abominable. After 3 hours of squabbling regarding quality, and service , i was offered to keep the original pizza which was delivered to my address and the which i was complaing about and brought it to the franchise in civil lines (on phone i was asked to bring the pizza back to the branch, it is quite amusing as well). I respectfully denied the generous offer and asked them to keep the pizza (for which i have already paid and was trying to change it to the claimed standards). This is beyond...
