I went with my family, a bit earlier than usually people dine in. First of all no stairs access, only a lift, which some of my family members strongly disapprove of. Anyhow, the light went out and we had to sit in the hot atmosphere for a while until after 10 minutes they started an alternate electric supply. To add fuel to the fire a fly started to tease us for coming too early for dining, as there was nobody else to get disturbed by the innocent fly. I asked for a racket to get rid of the little creature ( how wicked of me), which they flatly refused by keeping quiet on my query for the racket. Very poor service. First of all they mentioned wrong time of opening on Google and secondly they don’t have even proper setting for customers. They literally gave us sitting without any AC or fan. They didn’t even clean tables as you can see in following photos. Didn’t serve us properly. We ordered something and they served us something else. Very disappointing!!!!
