Yesterday, I paid a visit with the family to try their hi-tea (in hope of good).
its the first time I saw people having hi-tea and A la carte in the same hall.
Welcome drink was not served until we called the waiter to serve it (15 minutes after our arrival), it was the worst mint-margrita, small glass which was less than half filled and without ice.
The hi-tea time was mentioned on their poster (2 PM to 5 PM), but when we arrived, they said 3PM to 5PM, so we had to go back and come again at 3PM, Actually the food was put into containers at 3:15PM.
Funny to state that bar b q was cold and desserts were warm. They put 18-20 cubes of so called malai botti in the container (half burnt to black), fish 15-20 cubes, same kebab, butter fried chicken and other items. What a non-sense, the appetite gone and supply did not come. I saw few customers shouting on them due to empty containers, but they did not bring anything.
I tried almost everything they kept, but the same result, warm food was cold, and cold was warm. Imagine, 4 single serving pots of kheer they kept as desert, with 8-10 gulab jamun pieces. for the so called Hi-Tea.
As a whole, it was my last visit to them, i will boycott visiting baba tikka totally even for casual dining.
And i advise others as well, to think twice before going into that...
Read moreI recently dined at Baba Tikkha Shop, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The taste of the food was exceptional, and I particularly appreciated the top-notch service they provided. The atmosphere of the restaurant also added to the overall enjoyment of the meal. Baba Tikkha Shop excels in BBQ and Chinese dishes, and it's clear that they take great care in preparing these cuisines to perfection. The flavors were outstanding, and the presentation was equally impressive. I couldn't have asked for a better experience when it came to these dishes. However, when it comes to their desi food, like the chicken karai, I found it to be a bit lacking. While it was decent, it didn't quite match the excellence of their BBQ and Chinese offerings. This is something to consider if you're a fan of desi cuisine. if you're looking for delectable BBQ and Chinese dishes with exceptional service in a great atmosphere, Baba Tikkha Shop is the place to go. Just keep in mind that their desi food might not be as outstanding as their other offerings. I highly recommend...
Read moreA good place to eat delicious food. Baba Tikkah is one of my favorite restaurants and I enjoy it a lot here with my friends and family as they have one of the best tasting quality in town. They have a good sitting environment, quality food, and very cooperative staff. Personally I like BBQ a lot and whenever we plan to eat BBQ I always prefer to go to Baba Tikkah to enjoy it. I would personally recommend it for anyone who is a BBQ lover, try it once and you will enjoy it a lot. It's best to go with friends and family members. One thing which is very important to share is that they are open in the afternoon as well. Thank...
