I used to go to Namwah as a kid and now whenever we come to Pakistan every year But. I am very surprised with nasty , poor , dreadfull , non professional and appalling behaviour of the owner . I am sorry to hear about their ex manager who has passed away year or two ago in a accident . The new manager/supervisor has not got any clue of customer service and i would strongly suggest him to get some sort of management and customer service training.l. Their food , hygiene , service and management is gone down the drain . The attitude of the owner stinks like their toilets. Something has definitely gone up their head as they think customers are some sort of slave. Unfortunately they do not realise that customers are the blood and soul of any business.
