Cafe Cilantro — Restaurant in Faisalabad City Tehsil

Worst food experience I have encountered anywhere in Faisalabad. Absolutely not recommended. Because of the terrible experience we had, I am forced to write a detailed review. Extremely expensive price compared to the terrible experience we had. We paid around 5000-6000 rupees per person. We ordered their most special steak on the menu. Ribeye steak. We ordered it Medium well. But it came as rare. The meat didn't look fresh. Pictures are attached. It was so hard to chew. For the sides, vegetables were raw. Drinks had a taste of chemicals and smelled bad. Mash potatoes were not fresh. It was very loud there. The music was very loud. We had to ask them 4 times to lower the volume. They didn't bother doing anything at all. I eventually had to walk all the way, find the manager and requested to lower the volume. They finally listened to it. We called the manager and just wanted to give our feedback on the experience we had. He asked us if he could give us a free dessert which we politely refused. The manager gave us a comment card which we filled. Pictures attached as well.

In short, I don't recommend this place at all. Terrible experience. The only thing which was good was that it was clean. But you don't go to restaurants to enjoy the cleanliness. You go to restaurants to enjoy good food and have a good experience.

Tbh I’m not a fancy restaurant guy. I was insisted big time to eat out at a place like this. It was a nice experience ngl. We ordered Parmesan Chicken. It was quite good. 8/10. I think they should add Alfredo Fettuccine that will give a nice ring to it. So the Parmesan Cheese itself I think It could have been better but still it was a tasty meal. Next we ordered Chicken Strips they were perfect, actually one of the best in town but again they served them with which I must say need so much improvement in my opinion. Fries were below average. Lastly iss called a Cafe right? So the coffee, I don’t remember the exact name but it was like “ Special Iced Latte “. Okay now my bad, I was expecting it to Ice blend. Still it had that aroma, rich taste and buzz to it. Presentation was quite unique too. Only if the milk could’ve been more chilled. It would’ve tasted so...

Terrible experience from start to finish! The food and service were both subpar. I ordered the cordon blue with fries, but they got it wrong and brought rice instead. When I pointed out the mistake, two different waiters seemed uncertain, asking if I had indeed ordered rice. It took 10 minutes for them to correct the order.
