Its Eatoo - A Terrible Experience I recently visited Its Eatoo, and it was by far the worst dining experience I've ever had. We ordered a pizza, only to find multiple pieces of plastic baked into it. Shocked and disgusted, we immediately brought this to the attention of the staff. However, they did nothing to address the situation. It wasn't until I started raising my voice that they reluctantly offered to replace the pizza. Getting another pizza was never my intention—I wanted the issue addressed and resolved appropriately. The restaurant's lack of action and poor handling of the situation reflects their terrible cooking standards and abysmal customer service. I would strongly advise avoiding Its Eatoo at all costs.

I am so happy on my visit to Swat as I am staying out of the country that mingora got such a nice place for get-together I want to give some suggestions 1 provide air curton on entry to avoid flies. 2. I didn't see insect killer on GF, and a few flies were disturbing the guest. 3. Also the staff uniform shall be all same for shoes to built and hair cut. 4. I saw one staff member was moving in a track suite. 5. Kindly upgrade your menu card as they are old and the writing got light. Food quality, serving quality & time, and staff behaviour were so professional . Thank you. Best of luck with your efforts.

The staff was friendly and the environment was nice. We did a take away but the takeaway presentation and food really disappoint us. The items were not labeled.and packed properly. The food was not good, the special nachos were just like chicken chaat with paprh, no corn chips. The chilli chicken was actually soy sauce salty chicken with vegetables rice and burgers were worst, the lettuce was not fresh, the meat wasn’t tasty, and there were no sauce., chips were cold too. I won’t recommend this restaurant for dinner.

I don't want to be too harsh just want to express what i felt. I've heard alot about them and maybe I went there with very high expectations but the food was below standard. They have wide variety of food but as of me I've ordered a zinger burger and a chicken wrap and both were below ordinary as the burger was cold the chicken was cold and saggy and mayo was sour and i can say one of the worst burgers I've ever eaten for the price. The chicken wrap was so disappointing that we didn't even finished it. Otherwise the staff was realky nice and the atmosphere was good but the music was so loud that not everyone having a great day eating coz someboday just returned feom a tiring job just want to relax in peace and quite. I am writing this review for the sake of improvement and focus on the main thing that is the food and items used inside...

Delivery came 2hrs late very cold pizza and chips and pizza stuck to box awfully service. Definitely no stars. Rubbish. Off course you would make so many EXCUSES.. By the way the delivery company that you use, blamed you kind sir that the fake cheesecake took to long another EXCUSE. And about the cheesecake (FAKE) it was a sponge cake with cream. By the way cheesecake has a biscuit crumb at the base.. you need to goto the western countries and LEARN how to cook western foods and LEARN that EXCUSES have no place in the service industry and the CUSTOMER is always right especially when I'm a chef from Britain.
