I always loved the Coffee Wagera Owner and his ideas that he brought into his coffee station, but I got a very disappointing experience at Gulshan Branch.
I really like the idea of having free work station, free wifi, free water, for unlimited time only by ordering for Rs 500, but this is only when a person want the work station, the rest sitting area should operate as usual.
So we were 3 friends coming back from University, as I craved for their Hot Chocolate Coffee, my other friend also wanted to try their fries and the last friend was only there to hangout with us, so we went there and sat on a normal table (not the workstation tables with laptop) then we went to order as we planned but very weird thing happened that the manager asked us to pay each individual to order for at least Rs. 500 to sit there, only because we had books in our hands.
I told him that we don't want to use the work station, we will have the coffee and fries at our normal table and then we'll leave, and we obviously have bag and books because we are coming from our Uni but he didn't understand a word I say to him and kept telling me that its their written policy on menu, The policy was to spend 500 to get free work station table with laptop, wifi and water, we didn't want any of it nor we were taking those tables also all the workstation tables were occupied too, but he told us to order for Rs 1500 for all three otherwise we can't take the order and you can leave. I honestly wouldn't mind ordering for Rs 1500, where I was already ordering for Rs. 1100 so only had to add some more, but I felt like he was misusing the policy, he wasn't even giving us the work station tables as they were all occupied, so we had to do all this and sat on a normal table ( Only because we had books ? )
Didn't seem fair, anyhow we left the place, and from loving the Coffee Wagera I actually started disliking it, not sure if the manager was misusing the policy or was only doing as he told, but one thing is for sure that he doesn't know how to cooperate with customers, I will definitely avoid going there...

Read morefew months ago ... me and my friend went to this place, we were both males so staff and waiters didnt bother to welcome us. Their behaviour with us was not so warm. We saw them welcome loudly to other customers if they were families or with girls. first of all ... the way they welcome looks artificial, made up and rather ... rhetoric. Staff discriminated against us because we were two males in simple clothes ... seriously ? if you want to use wifi ... you must place order above a certain amount. You cant sit here ... you cant sit there ... if You have laptop sit there ... what the hell .... so many rules ?
anyways .... I am not gonna visit this place again. Owner must know that you are in a very competitive market ... make your business rules friendly to customers ... do not ask staff to discriminate based on gender. Shame !!!!!
There are many other negative points that I can write ... But I believe I have already spent so much of my precious time on reviewing a business that doesnt show much respect to...
