Misty Coffee & Snack Bar — Restaurant in Karachi Division

Really poor service and poor quality food. It is a family run business but they have no ethics. The environment was very loud. The management seemed incapable of handling orders properly. Every other customer in the restaurant was either complaining about poor quality food or late delivery of food on the table. I waited almost 30 minutes for our meal. Alfredo pasta and chicken steak. It looked no where near the type they showed in their advertisement on Instagram. The portions were small and unappetising. The pasta was very liquidy. In the advert they claimed that you can get 2 coffees and 2 main course for 2500 rupees. But when we visited, they said coffee isn't included. I paid 850 extra for the worst cold coffee I had in many years. Upon complaining, management just didn't bother listening. They were other people in the queue to complaint as well. Seemed like they get so many complaints that they have stopped engaging with customers. I am sharing photos of what they claim you get as meal and what you actually get as a meal. Never going to go there again and would advise others to stay away and spend your money on restaurants who actually provide quality food and care about their customers. 100% not...

I recently visited this restaurant with my husband and had a disappointing experience. We ordered the dynamite chicken and loaded fries as appetizers, followed by the Mexican steak and Alfredo pasta as mains. Unfortunately, both dishes were overpowered by black pepper and lacked flavor.

The drinks were also a letdown. The fresh lime and blueberry lemonade tasted more like street vendors' Limca, with an overwhelming amount of masala.

While the prices were reasonable (around 4k for two people), the food's international flavors fell flat, tasting decidedly desi instead.

I recently visited Misty Coffee and still can't understand why it's so underrated. The food was absolutely delicious, and the prices were remarkably reasonable. Imagine being able to enjoy a steak for only 1100-1200, when at many other restaurants we end up paying 2000-3000 for food that is often bland.
