The Region banquet and restaurant — Restaurant in Karachi Division

Everything was splendid and up to par at our event recently. The staff was attentive and the service was outstanding. The stage and decorations were phenomenal in addition to the remarkable furniture.

The only and biggest issue was the structure of the venue as it had stairs at the entrance with no support and four of our guests slipped, one of whom ended up in the hospital due to a fracture. The venue's entrance platform is not clearly visible and a risk for elderly people and our guests were very upset on the entrance steps settings. Further, the platform did not accommodate handicapped people as it does not have a wheelchair ramp.

The platform should be inside the entrance doors with support on each side. We seriously advise management to adjust this platform so that this issue can be avoided in the future as this is something, which should be considered a...

Today we had Birthday party and food. The food quality is bad. We ordered 10 dishes and all of them was too spicy even the continental food was too spicy and there was no taste.
