Today evening, my cousin and I traveled all the way from Gulberg to Cantt to try the highly hyped shawarma. We arrived at around 8:45 PM and placed our order at 8:51 PM. We ordered 2 Shawarma Sahrook, 1 serving of French fries, and 2 cold drinks. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Despite arriving early, we had to wait for almost an hour for our food. To our disappointment, we noticed that other customers who arrived after us received their orders before we did. When we inquired about the delay, the staff responded poorly, ignoring our concerns and failing to provide any clear explanation. We finally received our order at around 10 PM, which was incredibly frustrating. On a positive note, the taste of the shawarma was excellent and lived up to the hype. However, the overall service was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Additionally, the ambiance was average, as the restaurant only offers outdoor seating with no indoor service, which might not be ideal for everyone. In conclusion, while the food was delicious, the poor service and long waiting time significantly marred our experience. I would recommend this place only if you’re willing to tolerate delays and subpar customer service for the sake of good food. Service 0/10 Food...
Read moreThis restaurant serves very localized version of Levant cuisine and is not even close to being authentic. The Shwarma are decent in size, while the content lacks taste and the seasoning and sauces lack flavor. The Humus and Bread were decent. The prices are decent and the serving size is good, that creates value for money. The restaurant is quite popular and it gets very busy during dinner time. The menu is quite vast and includes all types of food items including Sandwiches, Burgers, and local BBQ items. Although predominantly meat based cuisine is served, there are a few vegetarian options also available on the menu. The restaurant is located on Mezzanine floor and is only accessible through stairs making it Wheelchair Inaccessible. Free Parking is available outside the restaurant but it’s tough to find...
Read moreThis is by far the most authentic Lebanese/Middle Eastern restaurant in Lahore. The place is owned by 3 brothers who have 20 years of experience from the Middle East. Their food is actually authentic. The owners themselves are chefs which brings that fine taste in the food because they know their art. They have Pakistani Bbq options as well which are also superb. The zaitoon special Shawerma is actually worth it. Their malai boti with their special sauce is phenomenal, absolutely yum. The puri paratha is served warm and fresh, and feels very light. The humus with bread is a must for appetiser. Do try their mix platters as well if going with family. They have outdoor sitting which is perfect for this type of cuisine. Highly recommended!!!!! I visited them twice in a row, they...
