Title: A Disaster from Start to Finish: Ahmed Burger Fails Miserably

I would give Ahmed Burger zero stars if I could. My recent experience there was an absolute train wreck. Here's why:
Wrong Order: The person taking my order botched things up from the very beginning, resulting in incorrect items.
Disjointed Service: Our family's food arrived at different times, forcing us to eat separately. This ruined any sense of a shared meal.
Substandard Food: The pizza was bone-dry, and the burgers were cold. Even worse, the mayonnaise tasted sour. The worst offender though, was the "zinger" – it tasted like it was fried in diesel, leaving us coughing and uncomfortable.
I'm extremely disappointed with Ahmed Burger. The combination of poor service and terrible food quality made this a meal to forget... and not in a good way. I will strongly discourage anyone from visiting Ahmad Burger SHAM...
Read moreI ordered 4 Zinger meals and my order came without drinks which I noticed upon reaching home. There must be a system to check the accuracy of order before handing over to the customer. My very first experience with them turned into last one.
Fries were packed in cheap brown paper envelopes and turned soggy within few minutes while on the menu board fries are displayed in a nice open fries pouch.
Place looks like attracting reasonable business on regular basis but with such cheap cost saving stunts they may not be able to sustain their clientage.
The owner most likely will ignore this review because given their location this fast food option perhaps is a blessing for the locals but in the longer run especially if the owner wants to expand his business with more branches, these minor details must be taken...
Read moreThe delivery time is absolutely pathetic and on top of that they say that they will charge 120 rupees for delivery even though the distance is only 700 meters, then they say it will take 30 minutes then when you call to check why the rider isn't here yet they say he just left and after another 50 minutes they deliver the food finally then the delivery guys says "no sir 150 delivery charges bantay hain apke" and even after proving that it was infact 120 the delivery guy will guilt you into taking more money if only the owners payed them well enough that they wouldn't have to ask for it and damaging the reputation of there own business. When placing the order you just have to hope they take your call, they only have one phone for taking orders and can not cope with the amount of customers. They also provide no support for bank transfers or card payments and if the rider doesn't have any change it is your fault. What difference does it make if the food is good or not if the delivery is pathetic, and just in case you think the food was good it was not the doner was soo cold that I could barely eat it. I wish I could give 0 stars for customer service.
ڈیلیوری کا وقت بالکل قابل رحم نہیں اور اس کے اوپر وہ کہتے ہیں کہ وہ ڈلیوری کے 120 روپے لیں گے حالانکہ فاصلہ صرف 700 میٹر ہے، پھر کہتے ہیں کہ 30 منٹ لگیں گے پھر جب آپ فون کرتے ہیں کہ سوار کیوں نہیں ہے یہاں تک کہ وہ کہتے ہیں کہ وہ ابھی چلا گیا اور مزید 50 منٹ کے بعد آخر میں وہ کھانا پہنچا دیتے ہیں پھر ڈیلیوری والے کہتے ہیں "نہیں سر 150 ڈلیوری چارج بنتے ہیں آپ کے" اور یہاں تک کہ یہ ثابت کرنے کے بعد کہ یہ حقیقت میں 120 تھا ڈیلیوری کرنے والا آپ کو زیادہ رقم لینے کا مجرم ٹھہرائے گا اگر صرف مالکان نے انہیں اتنی اچھی ادائیگی کی کہ انہیں اس کا مطالبہ نہ کرنا پڑے اور اپنے کاروبار کی ساکھ کو نقصان پہنچے۔ آرڈر دیتے وقت آپ کو صرف یہ امید کرنی ہوگی کہ وہ آپ کی کال لیں گے، ان کے پاس آرڈر لینے کے لیے صرف ایک فون ہے اور وہ صارفین کی تعداد کا مقابلہ نہیں کر سکتے۔ وہ بینک ٹرانسفر یا کارڈ کی ادائیگی کے لیے بھی کوئی تعاون فراہم نہیں کرتے ہیں اور اگر سوار کے پاس کوئی تبدیلی نہیں ہے تو یہ آپ کی غلطی ہے۔ کھانے کے اچھے ہونے یا نہ ہونے سے کیا فرق پڑتا ہے اگر ڈیلیوری قابل رحم ہے، اور اگر آپ کو لگتا ہے کہ کھانا اچھا تھا تو یہ نہیں تھا، کھانا اتنا ٹھنڈا تھا کہ میں اسے بمشکل کھا سکتا ہوں۔ کاش میں کسٹمر سروس کے لیے 0...
