We have stayed at many hotels around the world. Also in several hotels in Pakistan. But unfortunately this hotel surpassed everything. There were countless negative points. We had the most expensive existing suite in the hotel. We checked in in the evening and received wet bed linen and towels with foreign hair and dried wall paint. The bed linen and towels were replaced. The new towels then had dark spots and hair on them again. The large windows of the windows (1st floor) were leaking and we had the same temperature outside in the room (winter time, about 10 degrees). The air conditioning had a heating function that did not work properly. Before going to bed we were lucky that there was a power failure. The receptionist had said that there was no diesel for the generator and that it would be fetched right away. After an hour in the very cold and damp room, the generator finally worked. The heating function of the air conditioning had to be switched on again after several attempts by the employee. Unfortunately, we got nasty sticky spoons at breakfast. Back in the room the ceiling vibrated in the bathroom as it appears to have washing machine above it. We have seen that the employees are referring to the bed covers on the floor. The front desk staff watched a series on the cell phone. Unfortunately, everything is just unprofessional and chaotic. Luckily we only...
Read moreThis is a superb hotel and an absolute gem. Staff are incredibly polite and humble. The customer service is very professional and not very often found in many hotels. The decor of the hotel is absolutely amazing especially the moroccon style floor tiling in the bathrooms. The bathrooms are immaculately clean and a pleasure to use. Hot water is readily available and a joy. Daily newspaper in English available in reception. On the basis of value for money, cleanliness, hygiene, professionalism, customer experience and standard of food this is by far the best hotel I have stayed in in Pakistan from Islamabad, Lahore, Multan, Sukkar and Karachi. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lahore from the UK. Thank you to all the staff from the security man, reception staff, porters, breakfast attendant and the cleaners. A special credit and thank you to the manager for the superb management, leadership and staff training. Your team is a credit to your professionalism. Particular thank you to Abdullah and Ali at the desk for great customer experience and going out of their way to ensure the room booking went smoothly and meeting customer...
Read moreI had a pleasant one-day stay at Lawrence View Hotel, Lahore. The hotel’s exterior is impressive, giving a welcoming first impression. The staff was courteous and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in experience.
The hotel is well-maintained, clean, and hygienic. My room was spacious, with a modern and clean washroom, which added to the comfort of my stay. The room rates were reasonable compared to other hotels in the area, offering good value for money. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day.
However, considering the hotel’s name, I expected a rooftop or a scenic view from the windows, but unfortunately, my room did not have any. Additionally, the rooms were not entirely soundproof, and I could hear guests checking in late at night, which caused slight disturbance. I would suggest that the hotel management kindly request guests to keep their voices low, especially during late-night check-ins, to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would recommend it to travelers looking for a clean and affordable...
