M21 Kitchen — Restaurant in Lahore City Tehsil

I recently visited Pizza M21 Restaurant and ordered their large pizza with the Pizza M21 Special flavor, featuring kabab stuffing. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired.

Firstly, I was disappointed with the quality of the pizza. The crust on the sides was burnt, which affected the overall taste. It was disheartening to see such carelessness in the preparation of the crust. Additionally, the pizza base had an insufficient amount of chicken and cheese, which resulted in a lack of flavor. I had hoped for a more generous topping portion to enhance the taste.

Regrettably, the taste of the pizza was average at best. The combination of the burnt crust and the limited toppings did not create a memorable or satisfying experience. I expected more from a restaurant that specializes in pizza.

Furthermore, the ambiance and space at Pizza M21 were below par. The seating area was not comfortable, and it seemed that attention to detail was lacking in terms of maintaining a pleasant atmosphere. This aspect of the dining experience was certainly not up to the mark.

In summary, my visit to Pizza M21 was underwhelming. The pizza's flavor was not exceptional due to the burnt crust and lack of chicken and cheese. Additionally, the uncomfortable seating area and subpar ambiance further detracted from the overall experience. I hope that the restaurant takes these points into consideration and makes improvements to enhance the quality of their offerings.

I ordered 2 large mughlai pizzas and a drink from here at 1:30 am and had to confirm my order 6 seperate times via text and call. I received it around 3 am and the flavours were wrong. I called the restaurant multiple times to no avail, i was charged extra for the flavours i requested for and the restaurant simply told me “hamare olives khatam hogaye the ap aise hi kha len” taking no accountability for their action and not not even accepting the fact that they sent completely wrong flavours. I talked to their worker Abdullah who hung up on me twice, with no regard of how customer service works. Their manager did not even answer my call and i was detoured multiple times to call different numbers to try and ask for him. He made no attempt to defuse the situation and the workers told me they would change the flavours for me but after around 45 mins, one of the workers just simply apologized and the mistake wasn’t fixed and the food i ordered went to waste because by that time...
