Sarookh — Restaurant in Model Town Tehsil

So I heard Sarookh did Arabic shawarma, and to be honest I've tried real Arabic and Lebanese shawarmas, so Sarookh's version had many things going for it, it had the thin tortilla like base, it had picked vegetables, there were chips in the shawarma, the sauce wasn't a traditional shwarma sauce, but it works. I think the only let down was the chicken meat, which Sarookh had turned into mince. If they had kept it in terms of chicken chunks it would have been great, however as it stands I think it's good. Been a few times, verg friendly owner but yes it was a very long wait. Good tasting but very small serving. Also 3rd time i had i called 30 mins ahead and collected. Waited 30 mins there also. Both me and my cousin eat it and after few hiurs both had FOOD POISONING. Both had loose motion and temperature. Very ill for nearly 1 week! Poor quality and hygeine.
