Qasar al Shawarma — Restaurant in Model Town Tehsil

Since we lived most of our life in UAE, i always had a problem of getting same arabic shawarma here in PK and had to often order from Roll bar, madina istanbul eiffel tower BTL, Bait al shawarma pia road, shawafel shadiwal and somehow was satisfied accepting the fact that we are in PK and cant get better than this but today after my 1st visit at Qasr Al Shawarma Eiffel tower BTL, i was too touched and amazed by their taste, especially the charcoal taste and smell, thom/ garlic taste, everything was awesome.. 10/10. Just this restsurant needs a proper and comfortablr sitting with fans or air coolers and experienced sales manager who guides the customers well about their recipe and style of making it way way better than any other in town. People who never lived in GCC may oppose my comment and they are right coz their taste buds accept only local PK style spicy shawarma... no offence though.. everyones...

No doubt they hae aopted for a lebanon style shawarma stick with grilled chicken but inside sorry to say whole system is desi with no cleanliness or quality. Despite there hefty price there size is small and i wonder why they add chips in shawarma, i think the only reason is to decrease the chicken quantity. Any way they have no proper sitting area as its is a small shop and when the grilled chicken ran out they opt to old pakistani pan cooking shawarma techniques. Service is average. Taste is average cause of the added chips in it as the whole taste of the shawarma is got lost. Quality is poor and there signature mayonise is locally made and gona give u a worse gastric burn ever. I recently had the pleasure of trying Qasar Al Shawarma. I had tried their largest classic shawarma, I was a bit skeptical at first, but the for the price I paid, the shawarma was delicious and toally worth it. The taste was almost on point ( chicken was a bit dry). The wait time however was a pain despite paying extra money for it. I would recommend trying it every once and a while.
