I recently had the chance to try this restaurant, and while my experience was mostly positive, there were a few areas that could use improvement. Starting with the menu, I found the variety to be quite good. There’s a wide range of dishes, from burgers and pizzas to some lighter options, so it’s fairly easy to find something that suits your mood. The highlight for me was definitely the Tangy Jalapeño Burger, which I would recommend without hesitation. It had the perfect balance of spice and zest, making it one of the more memorable burgers I’ve tried in a while.

As for the taste overall, it was very good. Most of the items we ordered were well-prepared and flavorful, which definitely makes the restaurant worth a visit. The quantity of food is normal, not too much and not too little—enough for one person per serving, but don’t expect oversized portions.

On the downside, the prices are a bit on the higher side. While the quality of food is good, the cost feels slightly steep, especially when paired with the fact that their deals aren’t particularly attractive. Many restaurants in the same range offer better promotions, so this is an area where they could improve.

The ambiance is average. The setup is casual and functional, but the place tends to get a bit noisy, especially during peak hours, which can take away from the overall dining experience if you’re looking for something quiet and relaxed.

Terrible Service - Not Recommended

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Deli Daily Co. Their service is absolutely pathetic. I wasted 20-25 minutes on the phone with their representative, only to be told that they don’t accept Cash on Delivery for orders above 7,000 PKR. If you want to place a higher order, you’re forced to download their app, go through a lengthy signup process, and make a payment via card on the app.

How am I supposed to trust that my card details will be safe? I don’t even know who their app developers are or how secure their system is. When I asked if they could accept payment via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer, they outright refused.

To make things worse, they suggested I go to their branch to make the payment in person. If I’m already going to the branch, why would I bother ordering delivery in the first place? I even offered to visit the branch, make the payment, and pick up the order myself, but they insisted that after making the payment, I would have to leave and wait for the delivery at home.

This is beyond ridiculous. They clearly don’t understand how to run a business or deal with customers. Their policies are inflexible, and their lack of care for customer convenience is astonishing.

I will never order from Deli Daily Co. again, and I strongly discourage others from wasting their time and money on this restaurant. They seem to have forgotten that their business thrives because of us, the customers, yet they treat us like we don’t matter.
