I dnt even wana give this 1 star. Horrible customer service and experience. I have had Kunafa from here before so this wasn't my first time. We ordered cheese Kunafa. A couple was ahead of us. They ordered a cheese Kunafa and a cream Kunafa. One of their order was a takeaway. We got our order first. It didn't taste like cheese. When we reached the middle of the dish. We realized it's not cheese but its cream kunafa. And at the same time the other couple also voiced their concern saying they have the cheese Kunafa. I spoke to the cashier and told him we ordered cheese Kunafa but such terrible service from him. He kept on saying no you didn't. You ordered cream. I told him that I dnt wana ti exchange my dish I just want him to own up to his mistake and compensate us. He flat out refused saying he's not wrong. The lady from the other table even said that we ordered the cheese Kunafa. He said there's no way he can offer us any discount as the owner said no. I didn't want a replacement or wanted it for free. It's the principal. If you make a mistake own it. Instead of screaming at your customers and saying that they are wrong. Especially when there are other people to back up your customers.. never coming back. Oh and they have skyrocketed their prices and reduced the serving portion. Extremely disappointed
Edit. : Dude really cut copying and pasting the same reply you told another customer who left an honest review. Half of your reply didn't even make any sense. It's just same rambling you got of the internet. You really didn't even read what I wrote. Just grabbed your phone and typed away how a negative review makes your stronger. I NeVER asked for a replacement Kunafa neither did I ask for it for free. With this attitude of yours surely you will lose customers. Peace ✌️ out and neVer...
Read morerecently visited Kunafa House Muslim Town more near Panjan College and ordered their Cheese Kunafa, and let me tell you — it was pure perfection from the first bite to the last.
The kunafa came out beautifully golden and crispy on the outside, with a warm, gooey, and perfectly stretchy cheese layer inside. The balance between the delicate crispness of the shredded pastry and the smooth, slightly salty cheese was spot-on. The light drizzle of sugar syrup added just the right amount of sweetness without overpowering the flavor, letting the cheese shine through.
The portion was generous, served fresh and hot, and the aroma alone could make anyone smile. Paired with a cup of Arabic coffee, it was the ultimate Middle Eastern dessert experience. The staff were welcoming, the place was clean and cozy, and you could tell they take pride in serving authentic, high-quality kunafa.
If you love desserts — or even if you think you don’t — this place will change your mind. I’ll definitely be coming...
Read moreFinally visiting the place after a long wait, many recommendations, and cravings for the kunafa that is a special treat for anyone with a touch of middle eastern culture. I have to say the kunafe blew my mind to the moon. It is definitely THE BEST kunafa hands down, in Lahore or should I say in Pakistan. The dough, the cheese, the sweetness, the outlook all is exactly as I remember having it in Dubai. Labanese Kunafa is 100 % the same "Naeema" shredded dough that is soft enough as to not exert any energy while eating.
Labanese Kunafa with Cheese 10/10 (Rating is 100% because it is being made in Pakistan.)
Price is 850 Rs. for small serving enough for two.
Thank you so much sir @Kunafahousepk This kunafa is truly a blessing for anyone who has tried it once whether in Turkey, Dubai, or anywhere is middle east.
Definitely recommend and shall visit again...
