While I truly appreciate the good quality of the food, I feel it is important to bring a serious safety concern to your attention regarding the accelerator lift in your 9-floor building . During our visit, the elevator got stuck between the first and second floors while we were inside. We were four adults and three children, and the situation was quite alarming. We attempted to contact the emergency numbers displayed inside the lift, but: One of the numbers was switched off, and The other person who answered refused to help, stating, “I’m not on duty.” We requested help multiple times, but each time we were told, "I’m not on duty." In a 9-floor building, the proper functioning of the lift and reliable emergency support are absolutely essential for the safety and well-being of guests. This experience was extremely distressing — especially for the children — and it raises serious concerns about your building’s emergency preparedness and staff response protocols. I recently visited Elite Rooftop Restaurant in Multan, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The service was extremely poor, and the staff displayed a careless and non-serious attitude throughout my visit.

From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the staff lacked professionalism. They seemed disinterested and unresponsive, making it difficult to get their attention for even basic requests. The overall behavior was unprofessional, which significantly impacted the dining experience.

The careless attitude extended to the service quality as well. Orders were delayed, and when the food finally arrived, it felt rushed and poorly presented. It was evident that the staff lacked the training and dedication needed to provide a pleasant dining experience.

For a restaurant that claims to be "elite," the service and staff behavior were highly disappointing. I expected much better, especially given the reputation and location. I hope the management takes note of these issues and works on improving the professionalism and attitude of their team.

I recently visited the Elite Rooftop for my parents anniversary To day with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was subpar. While the ambiance and atmosphere were impressive, the food quality and service fell short.

The chicken had an off smell, and the "cheesy naan" was merely plain naan. Our server was inattentive and slow, delaying orders and requests.The hi-tea was also disappointing.

The rooftop setting offers stunning views and a pleasant atmosphere.

To improve, Elite Rooftop needs to address its food quality, service efficiency and menu diversity. Until then, I can only recommend it for its atmosphere.
