I ordered special white handi in chicken. And the chicken was too dark in color. Upon inquiring the floor manager told me that it was mutton and not chicken. My friend whom I took to dinner doesn't like mutton and was disgusted to know that. He immediately lost his appetite. Then I found a chunk of chicken in my portion of the handi and I asked them what is happening. How can you mix chicken and mutton. I demanded to call the chef to the table but instead they took the handi away and after we had finished our meal they came back saying that it's chicken. Confusion again. Overall a very very bad experience. They dont even know themselves what they are serving to their customers. Even the handi was chicken, chicken is not supposed to be black in color. One of the best desi food options in Multan. Previously they were located at daulat gate androon city. However, this newly made hotel is modern and keeps the original authentic desi flavour. We ordered desi chicken karahi which was cooked to perfection. Raita, salad, naan were delicious. But the roti was a bit disappointing. Fresh lime was tasty. The quantity was perfect. They have indoor dining hall at ground and upper floor. Also, there is an outdoor dining area at the floor. The ambiance was nice, quiet and tidy. The service was normal. Extremely Disappointed.....

Very pathetic food quality and extremely slow service. We ordered several chicken dishes, including 6 full chicken karahis, and unbelievably, not a single leg piece was served. How is that even possible with six whole chickens?

To make matters worse, the food was served after 1.5 hours, which is completely unacceptable. It honestly felt like they had outsourced our order and lost track of it.

The food was tasteless and poorly prepared, and the management seemed totally indifferent to the delay or the quality issues.

If you're looking for good food and a decent dining experience, I strongly suggest going somewhere else. Total waste of...
