I recently visited Melt Nine in Multan to try their pizza, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience.
Firstly, we waited at our table for about 15 minutes, but no one came to offer a menu or take our order. We had to stop a staff member (a girl passing by) and request the menu. She said she would bring it, but another 15 minutes passed and still no menu. Eventually, I complained to the person at the counter, but it seemed like he was also not interested in helping.
After that, the same girl finally brought the menu to our table. There was an ongoing deal advertised on their official Facebook page, but when we asked her about it, she blatantly lied and said no deal was available. We then showed the online deal directly at the counter, and the staff confirmed that the deal was indeed active.
It was only after this that another male staff member, who was cooperative and polite, came and guided us properly. He helped us place the correct order according to the deal.
Overall, the staff is very unprofessional and poorly trained. Customer service is extremely lacking, and some staff members are even dishonest. Additionally, there were visible hygiene and cleanliness issues – the seating area and chairs were quite dirty.

I recently visited this restaurant and had a very disappointing experience. The service was far below acceptable standards. The tables were dirty, no ketchup was provided, and not a single staff member came to ask if we needed anything — basic hospitality was completely missing.
We had ordered a pizza deal that included wings and fries. The pizza itself arrived lukewarm, and the wings and fries were served 20 minutes later, completely cold. I had to send them back. We tried to remain patient and respectful, considering the staff may be underpaid or overworked, but even the manager seemed uninterested and untrained. He had no idea how to handle the complaint professionally.
Honestly, I was ready to leave without paying, but my friend insisted we settle the bill and leave quietly. It’s unfortunate that we paid full price for such a poor experience.
