Food: Food was just okay! It wasn't fully warm.

Service: Service was very bad. Very rude staff, don't listen to customers. Customers need to ask one thing again and again.

Cold Drink Issue: We ask for diet cold drink, they were trying to serve us regular 7up. (Fortunately, we saw them pouring 1.5 ltr regular 7up)

We ask that we need diet 7up then the behavior of their staff was very bad. Their manager (Yasir) behaved very badly.

After our insist, they served diet 7up in the end of food. Food was already finished and they were serving cold drink very late.

In the end, they didn't add water bottle in the bill and were trying to charge for the water bottle.

When i asked for the bill, they weren't ready to give the bill. One of the staff said it's not possible to give you the bill for one item. Seriously? How silly was that.

Corruption Case: I asked how much is the price of bottle. He said, Rs:140. In the end i really insist that i need bill for water bottle. Then he come back with the bill of Rs:80 Again, Corruption. I suspect whole staff is included in this sort of corruption.

Conclusion: Please be aware all future customers, regarding these problems.

Someone from, higher management side needs to visit the Siscilian pizza, Multan, and maintain check and balance.
