AoA Me and my wife had been fond of Chaaye Khana since long… their Bahria Town Phase 4 Branch has always been upto the standards they maintained Didn’t hear good reviews of DHA-2 Branch so decided to checkout Phase 7 Branch for Breakfast today…. and oh my God it was a pathetic experience Their Ambience is so average now… no original or premium vibe… jaan churai hui ha bas… Their staff has no training or mannerism of how to deal a customer Their service was poor aswell… like ehsaan ker rahay hum par plates rakh ker Food presentation was ordinary Food quality pure average… Beef Qeema was surely old/stale with poor quality meat…. Parathas… well us sa achay tu hum ghar ma banwa laitay… Spanish Omelette… paper this with no taste at all… Chai was the only good thing When I asked for bill the person shouted from counter… cash or card..!!! I mean it’s a Dhaaba or what? And when I asked for a Remarks Card… the guy didn’t even bother to give us one

Please either shut down the branch or improve the standards as you people started in phase 4 and made name...

(Update 7 Jan 2024) I am changing my ratings as even after continuously pointing out the problem, it wasn’t fixed, their coffee is now worst. It is the last time I’m drinking or recommending it to someone, I have asked them to change their overly used and broken French press, they haven’t. If you love coffee (Americano) I would suggest that you don’t risk your experience here. Have your breakfast which is still good and then go to burning brownie, a minute walk from chaye khana and enjoy coffee there. (Old review)Best as ever. I'll rate 10/10 for the staff.
