I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cheezious, and I must say, it was an utterly delightful experience! The cozy ambiance and friendly staff immediately set the stage for a great meal.

I started my culinary journey with their Alfredo Pasta, and it was nothing short of perfection. The creamy Alfredo sauce was rich and velvety, perfectly coating the al dente pasta. Each bite was a burst of flavor, leaving me craving more. The balance of cheese and seasoning was impeccable, making it one of the best Alfredo pastas I've ever had.

Next up was the Classic Rool Plater, and it was a true masterpiece. The combination of ingredients was not only visually appealing but also incredibly tasty. The crispy exterior of the rools gave way to a medley of flavors inside, showcasing the chef's expertise in blending different elements seamlessly. As an overseas visitor, I specifically chose to visit your Sadar branch again due to the great service, taste, and atmosphere I experienced last year. However, today’s visit was quite disappointing.

I tried calling your Sadar branch number (051-8488818) five times within an hour, but no one responded. When I arrived at the branch, the staff gave weak justifications. To confirm the issue, I called again while standing right outside the entrance, and this time, they intentionally made the call busy, which was very unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging the issue, your representative continued to defend with pointless excuses.

My family and I were then told to wait outside for 5–10 minutes, but we had to wait for 18 minutes, followed by another 5 minutes waiting on the first floor. Again, the manager had no satisfactory explanation. To add to this, I observed several staff members engaged in casual chit-chat at the main counter, clearly lacking focus on customers.

Suggestions for Improvement:

Shift online delivery operations to an off-site or separate location to reduce in-branch workload. Delivery doesn’t require a prime location.

Provide proper outdoor seating and communicate an accurate waiting time estimate (with a ±5-minute buffer).

The owner/management should consider implementing real-time online monitoring to ensure staff accountability and better customer experience.
