Went twice for buffet and the experience was better than previous visit. Hence giving 5 star. Overall giving 4 as cannot give 3.5. Doing review for multiple sections separately for the better understanding of people.

Parking: it's very limited and if you have your own car then you would have to rely on car valet to park somewhere near and pray no damage happens to your car as they park in adjacent street. So it's 4/5.

Service: it was below average service for such high establishment. We were greeted properly and advised to sit properly. Menu came in after 3-4 mins and that's fine. But afterwards it was just a slow service with no one around to ask if we were ready to give an order or not. Infact we had to ask 3 times just to take order but was told that they would send someone but nobody came in. As last resort, I had to gawk at staff (sitting idle at the end of the hall and chatting) for couple of mins before they sent somebody to inquire. Finally after waiting of 15 mins overall just to give an order, a senior person showed up to take the order and upon complaining about this he apologized. Overall seems like the manager incharge was either missing or managing poorly as it wasn't a fully rush hour instead around 4pm. So it's 2/5.

Food serving: was given 20-25 mins for food serving but it took 35 mins and that too upon asking after 30 mins that how much time it would take further for food to arrive. Food came in next 3-4 mins while the senior waiter for scolding the junior waiter Infront of us. Customer shouldn't see this kind of thing. So it's 4/5.

Food quality: it was amazing and we liked all of our food. Infact 2-3 people came in to check on us to inquire if food was okay and if we needed anything or not. So will give it 5/5 for this.

Overall it was a good experience considering food only but service was pathetic and it should be improved because if it was off hours then how chaotic it can be in peak hours. Person incharge of the floor should manage staff better and keep an eye on customers to see if they need any help and/or the time when they should be served with...
