This was one of the worst food experience I ever had at any restaurant. Today I visited this restaurant with my family and ordered a hot pot with spicy broth, noodles, dumplings and large vegetable salad which costed around 4800 pkr. I always finish my food but this was the first time my whole family left the food. I understand that this was a self cooking experience but the main thing is the broth. There was no difference between Dumpling and frozen samosas. Seriously if I was given something atleast close to maggi noodles I wouldn't have ever put my review. Because me and the kids were still starving after leaving the restaurant we had to visit albaik which is right next to it.
Believe me I love Chinese and although this was my first time having a hot pot, I do understand Chinese food and this was far from it. Apart from that there were no instructions on how to cook it or how much time it would take or any guidance for that matter.
If restaurant management is reading this then please let me tell u that nowadays customers don't complain, they just never come back. I apologize if I am being harsh and I never put any reviews but I had to do this because the reason customers visit restaurants is to have amazing food not just food. Please take my advice and instead of serving this broth just give customers a packet of maggi and they will prepare it in your hotpot.
The photos and videos I took were amazing and the place was nice. But will never ever recommend anybody who is going there to have a...
Read moreToday, I had the chance to visit this place and would rate the overall experience a 7/10. The ambiance was moderate, providing a decent atmosphere, though it could be enhanced for a more inviting vibe. The music initially felt quite loud, but thankfully, the staff adjusted it upon request, which was appreciated.
While the staff was present, they appeared somewhat inattentive and disorganized, indicating room for improvement in their management and coordination. On a positive note, the taste of the food was unique and enjoyable, offering something fresh and different, which stood out during the visit.
Overall, with a few tweaks in ambiance and staff training, this place has the potential to offer a much...
Read moreThis was my 1st time trying hotpot, so I can't say if the taste was authentic or not, but I didn't like the taste of broth. We ordered spicy butter hotpot (large). We ordered mushrooms, spinach, Chinese cabbage, noodles, tender tofu, fresh chicken, chicken dumplings, and broccoli. We ordered a large water bottle, and it was served with 3 large sized tea cups (we asked for glasses, they served only water bottle). The crockery is too bad. Never experienced that type of crockery in any Chinese restaurant in Pakistan. They don't even accept cards, only cash. Really...
