*Location & Ambience: Janan Foods is conveniently located in G9 Markaz, Islamabad, making it easily accessible. The restaurant has a simple, no-frills setup with a casual dining atmosphere. It’s more of a fast-food-style eatery than a formal restaurant, so don’t expect luxury seating or decor. However, it’s clean and well-maintained, suitable for quick meals.

Read moreThe service was incredibly slow - we waited over an hour for our entrees. The waiter was rude and seemed annoyed when we asked about the delay. We ordered the Bannu Beef Pulao & Painda Salan, and it was completely overcooked and dry. It was inedible. The sides were also poorly prepared and lacked flavour.
"This place is a disappointment. The ambience is cold and uninviting, the menu is limited, and the food quality is subpar. I won't be returning or recommending it to anyone to go at Jannan Foods G9. We had high expectations based on the positive reviews, but everything about our experience was a letdown. The food was mediocre at best, the prices were outrageous for the quality, and the staff seemed disinterested in providing good customer service.Save your money and go somewhere else. The portions are tiny, the prices are too high, and the overall experience was really disappointing. I left feeling unsatisfied and ripped off. The common themes in these negative reviews include poor service, low-quality or poorly prepared food, unpleasant ambience, and a failure to live up to expectations. Specific complaints like long wait times, rude staff, and high prices for the value received are...
Read moreWent there since it was viral by food vloggers. Tried the iftar platter for 4000 Rs. The food is very average taste..nothing special for which the hype is all about. Its just you get good quantity in the money you pay. Chapli kabab were good. Bbq tikka and malai boti was average. Beef pulao was average. Chicken karahi was average. Didnt try painda. They serve the food half hour before iftar which is somewhat warm and till iftar it gets cold. They served the naan cold too. In iftar pakoras and samosas were cold too. Now lets talk about staff behavior. This place has the most rude staff. Their attitude is worst. They were even fighting themselves. No courtesy to the customers. Just rude people since they are hit on social media and give no damn about customers. And as for hygiene, this place needs to work on hygiene too. Seating capacity is a big problem. It was raining outside and we asked the staff to accomodate us indoors. They straight away refused and said indoors is only for minimum 4 people(we were 3) and max of 6 people are allowed to sit per table. Afterwards they agreed to accomodate us. Janan foods should work on customer service. Food is just average....
