As a formerly regular and loyal customer, I have patronized Cheezious for a considerable time, appreciating the standard you previously maintained. However, recent experiences have been consistently substandard and frankly, unacceptable.

I previously raised these concerns verbally with your staff/management [at the branch/over the phone - specify where/when if possible], but unfortunately, there has been no discernible improvement. The issues are persistent and reflect a concerning lapse in quality control across your operations.

"I had a disappointing experience at Cheezious in Giga Mall. I ordered a burger, chicken brunch, and the fries is dray, but everything was excessively oily. The burger and chicken brunch had an overwhelming oily taste, making it hard to enjoy the meal. The fries is dry were also greasy and lacked flavor. Cheezious Giga Mall Taste was Very Unique Pizza fresh we try crown crust And Zinger Burger both of them were Fresh and Much different taste from other fast food .Only Thing I did not like no order taking at Table .only self service .
