I recently visited the Food Court at Giga Mall, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The major issue I encountered was the low and bad food quality. Despite the high prices, the dishes I tried did not meet my expectations in terms of taste and presentation.

Speaking of prices, the food court at Giga Mall is undeniably very, very expensive. The cost of a simple rice pulao and ice cream for four people was exorbitant, amounting to over 5000+ Rs. Such steep prices make it challenging for an average person or family to enjoy a meal without feeling burdened by the cost.

One aspect that stood out negatively was the lack of check and balance from the mall management. It appeared that the food court vendors were not held to consistent standards in terms of food quality, pricing, or overall service. This inconsistency reflects poorly on the mall and affects the overall dining experience.

On a more positive note, I found the cleanliness and sitting area of the food court to be quite satisfactory. The well-maintained and comfortable seating arrangements provided a pleasant environment for dining and socializing.

However, the positive ambiance did not compensate for the issues with the food and prices. The rice pulao I ordered was of subpar quality, lacking the authentic flavors one would expect. To make matters worse, none of the restaurants in the food court had any appealing deals or discounts, further diminishing the value for money.

In conclusion, my visit to the Giga Mall Food Court left much to be desired. The low and bad food quality, coupled with excessively high prices, was disappointing. I hope the mall management takes these concerns into consideration and works towards improving the overall dining experience.
