Today i visited Malangi Restaurant in DHA . We were 8 persons and we ordered 2 shah baba 5ft long platter and 4 Finger Fish. First of all, it took around 15mins to take our order, the service was super slow. Secondly we waited 45mins to be served a starter item Finger Fish and when we asked them how long it will take fish to be served, they said " kn si fish ? Ap ny fish b order ki thi? " With anger withheld, we told them to give us 4 plates of fries.. waited another 10mins and only 2 plate of fries came.. we ignored that.. almost 2 hours waiting we finally got served the shah baba platter.. we forgot our anger and started eating.. Now when i took 1st bite of reshmi Kabab it was full Dry. It was like I'm eating a tissue paper.. then we eat rice .. uffff rice was hard and burnt.. BBQ was tasteless.. only puri in the platter was good. We complained about there food and manager apologized and served us a free tea and green tea. Tea was Good.. but Green tea was like drinking rooh afza.. Wrost Experience ever.. waste of money.. please don't give fake / paid reviews. For God Sake 🙏. I saw the review of this restaurant in one of the food group on Facebook, planned to go there, firstly I haven't internet package at that time so I used offline maps which shows wrong location & I called their number & asked about location, no one properly guided, it took me more than 45 minutes to find exact location, ok when I arrived the entrance was from the toy shop which is little strange, you got the lift too, I used that & we went on the roof top, the first impression was very impressive as it is themed as traditional restaurant which give a different vibe, I am highly inspired by the customer service, they welcome us & give the menu, We ordered matka biryani with Platter which includes gola kabab malai boti sekh kabab etc, the only thing I like is malai boti rest is "SHADIO KA BACHA WA TYPE" I SWEAR the kabas were not look fresh, all money is of AMBIANCE & CUSTOMER SERVICE, SUGGESTIONS: Please work on your food quality, you guys have great vibe in your restaurant but if the food wasn't too notch no one will be the returning customer.
