Ajisen Ramen | Altaplaza — Restaurant in Ancón

Enjoyed a visit to Ajisen Ramen recently and wanted to share my thoughts! 🍜 The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the ramen, and the broth was rich and savory, the noodles were perfectly cooked, and the toppings were fresh and plentiful. We also tried some gyoza and they were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside—a perfect side dish! Everything was top-notch in terms of flavor and presentation. 👌 However, I have to be honest about the service. While the staff was friendly, the meal took a long time to arrive, and it felt like things were moving at a very slow pace. 🐌 It's a bummer when you're hungry and ready to dive in! Despite the wait, the quality of the food made it worth the trip. If you're not in a rush and you're craving some authentic, tasty ramen, Ajisen is definitely a place to check out here in Panama. Sad to see the Japanese restaurant previously found at this location replaced with Ajisen. It was delicious and very affordable.

Nevertheless decided to give Ajisen a try. I’ve frequented their restaurants in Asia, but never here in Panama.

The food is OK, but terribly overpriced. The kids menu is literally just 2 nuggets and some rice for $9.50. (The menu shows dumplings and chicken in one set, but you get to choose only one..)
