Cinnabon | Albrook Mall — Restaurant in Ancón

I live and work in Germany, and I can get cinnabons in Germany and all over America without the cream on top. I visit panama every year so when I got here in March 2023, I got my cinnabon the way I wanted them. Today January 11 2024, I am back in Panama same Cinnabon place in the Albrook mall at 2PM. I ask to place an order for a box of medium cinnabon, without the cream. There were two young people there not interested in working. They told me that they don't make them that way, so I told them you have to make them that way first, and then put the cream on the top, you made that explanation up, and you are not telling the truth. Keep in mind it's 2PM and they close at 8PM and there was not a lot of Cinnabon of any kind left. So then they told me they were not going to make any more cinnabons for the rest of the evening. Your two Albrook workers are rude, liars, unprofessional and lazy. They need training for better service, quality service, they should be monitored and not be allowed to work together, because it was clearly obvious neither was interested in working. Cinnabon you make your money selling you product, so today you lost money because I didn't buy anything from your store, and there is a great possibility those two were rude and lazy to other people that walked away like I did. I bought a medium can of butter cookies on sale for less than a $1.30 at...
