Terrible service. Ordered online at 12:10 noon, called at 12:40 to know the status of my ordered, and was told the pizza was ready and they were just waiting for the delivery person under a third-party company to arrive. To my surprise I received a call 5-10 minutes later saying they didn’t have one of the ingredients I ordered, which doesn’t make sense given what I was told before about my ordered been ready for pick up. The ordered arrived at 2:10pm, 2 hours later, as there is no option to cancel online orders whatsoever. I would definitely NOT recommend their delivery option or online...

Really nice food but expect to wait 2 hours for 2 pizzas. I've been here twice, last week and this week, and both times was incredibly slow and even when we got a table we couldn't even get it cleaned. They should invest in better staff or more tables. Pizzas are lovely here. What I like the most is the rare ingredients they use that you regularly will not find in all pizza restaurants, like parmigiano cheese, blue cheese, sopresatta, or Serrano jam.
