The place is located in El Dorado and is pretty accesible although parking is a bit difficult. The restaurant is well lit and clean. This was me and my family's first hot pot experience and I'm not too thrilled to go back. We ordered a bone broth base, Australian wagyu, pork belly and several vegetables. Not only was the customer service awful, I had never been so disrespected in my life. On three occasions, one of the waitresses, Vianei, was rude. The first time she completely disregarded that both me and my family members were completely lost as to ordering or even cooking the food, and the second time she ignored the fact that I mentioned my multiple allergies. The third time she came up to our table even though by that point, another waitress was tending to us at my request, and offered sauces even though I'd mentioned I couldn't consume them and snapped back "Oh well, your food isn't going to taste like anything" rolled her eyes and walked away. I should also mention that at one point, one of the waitresses came to our table to "make sure" that we were actually ordering the wagyu beef as it costs $49. Very insulting. I have to say that the $100 bill was absolutely not worth it and the food was not bad but it was not stellar either. Awful...
Read moreThe food is so good and satisfying. They have a varied menu for many types of tastes. They also have a sauce bar that allows you to create your own special sauce to compliment your big pot soup and makes it uniquely delicious. The portions are so worthy of the price. I love the concept of this restaurant. Take out bins are made of microwavable plastic and are reusable, for those who are worried about recycling and taking care of the planet. I have visited a couple of times and the the place is always clean and ready to receive you with ample tables. It is fun to reserve a private room with Karaoke to have a good time with friends. The service is very good, the waitresses are very nice and polite, and are always asking if everyone is OK or if we need something; a practice that is hard to find in restaurants now a days. The place seems to have little parking in the front but it actually has a back door entrance the gives you direct access to an ample parking at one side and back of...
