Yes, the pizza is from masa madre and it is cooked professionally. So far so good, or even better than good. The disappointment layered up when we realized that ingredients were missing, and the bill was not matching the prices on the menu (imported beer $3.50 vs. $2.75, pizza $9.50 vs. $ 8.75, local beer on the menu but unavailable). We like eating pizza with our fingers but expect to be able to wash our hands before the meal. No soap no towel in the lavatory. No idea how people think the pizza is 'best in the province', minimal cheese, even with double pepperoni it was not abundant, crust was thick and chewy, not very much cheese, thought the lasagna would be better but meh, little carne. Absolutely delicious - tomato sauce is vibrant and has a deep flavor, the dough is soft and a bit chewy, cheese nicely stretches when hot.

What's worth to mention the portion is a 12 inch pizza, perfect for one person and it's really value to money. Highly recommend it to anyone who likes hand...
