Pizzeria Verona — Restaurant in David

We are very upset for the way the owner or general manager treated us today. I asked to cook a bit extra the pizza but the owner told me that the pizza was going to get ruined and burnt underneath if they do that so in few words saying they are incapable. After several times telling him that we didn't mind he was not happy to do it. At the end after discussing he sort of accepted with a rude attitude making us very uncomfortable with that misery in his face. We shouldn't be begging in a restaurant for something so simple. How different would have been if he just did it with no drama and happy to please his customer! More over and funny thing I have asked the pizza chef to cook our pizza till brown in other occasions and he had done it perfectly, but today the owner ruined all. He is a rude man banging metal trays next to our table with no politeness or care for customers, sad to see how he is sabotaging his own place. Shame because we were regular customers the food is good and the staff nice and polite. Thanks to the nice lady that intervened in our argument making me understand there is nothing to do against a stubborn...

Stopped in on a Sunday night 1930. Place looked busy but not overflowing -had 3 pizzas for a group of 3 couples- pizzas were a thin crust and loaded with toppings -really tasty. Asked for2 large salads to share. No dressing on the lettuce - had to ask for it- had to ask for extra plates- server brought another salad instead- never did get the last plate. Pizzas came- again we never got the 6th plate for the sixth diner. One guest spilled,their lemonade. Guests fault but it would have made everyone at the table feel good if it had been replaced (a $2 drink when we ended up spending over $100- it would have been a nice gesture. Dessert was also tasty but it wasn’t explained very well. Overall good food but service was lacking in finesse- perhaps needed more training...

Si quieres terraza la tienen, si quieres un ambiente más a Verona entra al local, verás como hacen tu masa de pizza, el horno, como la cortan, como te la llevan a la mesa. AMIGOS ES UNA EXPERIENCIA Inigualable. PORQUE TODA SU DECORACIÓN está ambientada.

Yo regrese después de muchos años los conocí cuando aún estaban en la interamericana a hora ver la personalidad que han desarrollado tan a lo Verona me llena de regocijo.

Ahora a lo que vinimos: precios accesibles. Comida de liii ciiiioooo saaaaa , me encantó que han integrado cervezas ITALIANAS ameeeee🥰... pero lo mejor si usted dueño del local le da seguimientos a la reseña sepa que Mail ( espero haber escrito bien su nombre) es su agente de valor, sabe orientar, dar una inducción de su cultura italiana y hace que comer sea todaaa una experiencia... nunca antes me había sentido tan bien querida, atendida y familiarizada con querer aprender más de la cultura italiana.

Limoncello es una bebida que todos debemos aprender a beberla ya que nos dieron inducción del mismo que le dió todo un plus a esta cena.

El postre de café, siendo Chiriquí una provincia cafetera, señores esto está a otro Nivel. Es una explosión de sabores en el paladar.

La pizza siempre insuperable.

Música agradable. No desestimaria de poner canciones en italiano alterno para ambientar.

La atención de Mail es la cara de Verona, vi como daba la cordial bienvenida a todos sin preferencia todos eran parte de la familia Verona. SR. MAIL volvería muchas veces para sentirme atendida por usted. Les comparto fotitos.
