TGI Friday's | David — Restaurant in David

Honestly I have seen/heard this place get bad reviews, but I had a great experience. Lost the fifth star for the cons below:

Pros: Food 10/10 American cuisine. Burger was large enough to take home for a second meal. Cooked medium to perfection, obviously a hand pressed, home made item. Boneless chicken bites with their 'signature' sauce and bleu cheese dip was amazing. Broccoli cheddar soup was thick, creamy and tasty. Fries were super crisp. Our waiter was attentive. They do not use plastic straws. Biosafety was satisfactory.

Cons: Food prices are American, so they are HIGH. It cost $35 for my burger and fries, a coke, a soup and an appetizer. Ambiance is 0/10. Dark, dingy, desperate need of an upgrade. Other employees would come over if called, but otherwise they were not helping one another out to clear tables/refill waters, etc.

If I had a pocket full of cash and was in need of a GOOD lunch or dinner, I...

If you liked this place in the United States, I suppose you will like it here. The difference here is the service is faster and more polite... the food is still the same garbage and the prices are still high.

I knew what to expect, but what really annoyed me was the customer wi-fi... it did not work after I wasted several minutes giving them my information so they could annoy me later with advertising.

I paid over $40 for lunch for myself and a companion, and the food was terrible. I still feel nauseated. Besides that I was unable to complete the business transaction I was trying to do, and that was the only reason I went to this place.

This place was horrible! We ordered something simple like nachos and it was pathetic! The toppings were cheap, barely any beans or cheese. We also ordered wings and the wings tasted old and they were supposed to be buffalo wings. When we told the waitress, she responded you didn’t say you wanted them bathed in the sauce, which by the way she should have asked, because in the states it automatically comes with the sauce on top of the chicken. As a waitress she should have informed the customer of the choices. I was very disappointed! Their standards did not meet my expectations of what TGIF represented with my past...
