A Fantastic Experience for Pizza Lovers and Their Pups! We recently visited this pizza spot and had a truly wonderful experience, especially since we had our dog with us. We were delighted to find that they warmly welcomed pets on their outside terrace, which made our outing so much more enjoyable. Our waitress, Satiya, was an absolute gem. She was friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our meal, making sure both we and our furry friend were comfortable. For the food, we explored their vegan options and were pleasantly surprised. The vegan torino we ordered was quite flavorful, and they were happy to accommodate our requests to make other dishes plant-based/vegan. It was great to see a few possibilities on the menu, and we're hopeful for even more vegan choices in the future! The service was quick, and we genuinely liked everything we ordered. Our only minor note was about the arrabiata; we ordered it at a 4/5 spice level but found it to be barely a 1. If you like a kick, you might want to ask for extra spice! If you're going to run a restaurant, you need to differentiate yourself from the pack by excelling in all areas; food, service and atmosphere. This is particularly true if your prices are higher than other nearby alternatives. Ciao Ragazzi serves very good food, at prices that seem somewhat excessive. There is no view to make up for the strip mall atmosphere, so the dining experience is dragged down by this. I believe they have done as much as possible...

The food is decent but from all the times I went, the waiters were cold and rude. They don’t offer you water like all restaurants do, instead you need to ask or order their drinks.
