Temptation Point — Restaurant in Panamá Oeste

The food is good,I’ve been twice the first time there was a confusion with the check because the waiter said we had to pay 7% more on each item wich in Panama is wrong because there’s no tax for food,so we ended up paying way more than we had to pay,the second time we went (just because the food is ok) the owner of the restaurant sat across from us and had a loud phone call for about an hour where she discussed the subject of DIARRHOEA while we were eating no less than 3 feet from her . El restaurante tiene buena comida, pero el servicio deja mucho que desear. En varias ocasiones, no trajeron exactamente lo que pedimos, lo cual es frustrante. Además, en una fecha especial, mi familia y yo recibimos una atención muy deficiente, lo que arruinó la experiencia. El ambiente tampoco fue el mejor, ya que había personas ebrias, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera incómoda. En general, la comida es lo único rescatable, pero el servicio y el ambiente necesitan mejorar bastante....

La comida puede ser buena, pero de nada sirve si el servicio es un desastre. Nos trajeron platos equivocados más de una vez, y cuando reclamamos, la actitud del personal fue pésima. Para colmo, elegimos este lugar para una ocasión especial y nos trataron de la peor manera posible, arruinando la experiencia por completo. El ambiente tampoco ayuda, ya que había personas ebrias haciendo escándalo y nadie del personal hizo algo al respecto. Definitivamente, no volveré ni lo recomiendo....
